WE'RE HIRING: MARKETING MANAGER

AW-ARCH is looking for a creative, dynamic Marketing Manager. This is an essential role in our design-driven firm, one that will be key to our studio's growth and includes working with firm leadership. The successful candidate will be someone who's energetic, well organized, an excellent writer, and adept at working with overlapping deadlines. Specific experience in architecture or related fields is important.

 

The Marketing Manager will administer our RFQ/RFP process: searching out RFPs, assembling qualifications packages, coordinating deadlines, and communicating with internal and consultant teams. You'll also be responsible for periodic marketing efforts such as award submissions, digital outreach, managing our contacts database and supporting AW's business development efforts. Working closely with our principals and project managers, you'll have the opportunity to become a key contributor to our marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant work experience

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related fields is an advantage

• Familiarity with an architecture firm's RFP process

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, proficiency with Photoshop and InDesign required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with cloud-based CRM platforms
